"Meats & Cheeses" Breakfast

Let's face it...many of us get tired of the usual breakfast options. Here is a savory option to consider when you are looking for something to replace traditional bacon and & eggs. When selecting your meat be sure to look for minimally processed, no artificial ingredients and also uncured. Uncured simply means that the meat was not preserved using any unnatural or synthetic forms of nitrates or nitrites. Pictured below: 3 ounces of Genoa Salame & Provolone Cheese Roll-ups (22 grams of protein) Served over romaine lettuce, which can be used to "wrap around the meats & cheese" 8 grape tomatoes (Tomatoes are low in calories and provide important nutrients like vitamin C and potassium) Clementines: Are rich in antioxidants like vitamin C, which can help improve your skin's health and appearance. They can also help boost your fiber intake.
