Greek Yogurt "Parfait"

Make-ahead Greek yogurt parfaits with fruit are perfect for an easy grab-and-go, high-protein breakfast! Dairy hard to digest? Consider using Fage's Lactose Free Greek Yogurt OR try Redwood Hill Farm Goat Milk Greek Yogurt OR even Kite Hill Yogurt, Plant-Based, Greek Style, Plain, Unsweetened. This breakfast treat is filled with protein and can be made in advance and takes less than 5 minutes!


Ingredients: 1/4 cup: Frozen Blueberries (layer on bottom of jar) 2/3 cup: Kirkland Organic Greek Yogurt (18 grams protein) Place on top of frozen blueberries 1/4 cup: Frozen Strawberries/blueberries (layer on top of yogurt) Cover jar with lid and place in refrigerator overnight. If using right away, use fresh fruit. Drizzle maple syrup to taste before eating. Serve with your favorite granola. 3/4 cup: Nature's Path Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola --Optional (6 grams protein)
