Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Frozen Blueberries (layer on bottom of jar)
2/3 cup: Kirkland Organic Greek Yogurt (18 grams protein)
Place on top of frozen blueberries
1/4 cup: Frozen Strawberries/blueberries (layer on top of yogurt)
Cover jar with lid and place in refrigerator overnight. If using right away, use fresh fruit.
Drizzle maple syrup to taste before eating. Serve with your favorite granola.
3/4 cup: Nature's Path Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola --Optional (6 grams protein)
