Cottage Cheese "Parfait"

A delicious "breakfast parfait" with cottage cheese and fruit is a fun way to start your day! Using simple ingredients this breakfast or snack will take 5 minutes to prepare! You can choose any combination of flavors to make it something everyone will enjoy. Packed with protein and healthy fats you will feel surprisingly satisfied and full with this break - fast treat!

Ingredients: 2/3 cup: Good Culture Organic Whole Milk Cottage Cheese (17 grams of protein) Layer on bottom of jar 14 grams: Slivered Almonds (3 grams of protein) Place on side of jar on top of yogurt 1/2 cup: Fresh Blackberries OR Berries of your Choice Place on side of jar on top of yogurt 1-2 tsp: Organic Maple Syrup: Drizzle on top to taste
